Full time keyholder/supervisor -35/40 hour Contract
As a Key holder and Store Expert you will support and work towards the vision and expectations of the Store Management team. You will support the management team with the day-to-day running of the store to achieve maximum store efficiency and profitability. With a strong working knowledge you will ensure our operational standards, processes and safety requirements are met consistently as you provide a great customer experience in the store. You will also be responsible for supporting the customer experts in their development as well as having full key holder responsibilities.
To support the Store Management Team in all the following areas: People * Support the recruitment process for the store team to ensure applicants are given the best first impression of the store and the company. * Support new staff members to ensure they have the best possible start in role. * Ensure there is a focus on the development and training of team members and they are taking ownership for their learning. * Build and nurture a coaching culture in store. * Encourage team goals and targets Customer * Stimulate and maintain an attractive and friendly shopping environment setting the highest standards of customer service excellence. * Engage and build rapport quickly with our customers through listening, conversation and promoting relevant offers to enable understanding and ownership of delivering each specific customer need and want. * Ensure that the correct level of stock depth is maintained on the sales floor at all times as much as is possible based on stock levels. * Encouraging customer feedback to improve the service delivered. * Be passionate about being the face of O&CC in store, consistently delivering positive and friendly service throughout the whole customer journey. * Take ownership of any customer enquiry, issue or concerns personally, in a polite and courteous manner resolving any issues within an acceptable timeframe. Store and Sales * Drive sales by providing good customer service and product knowledge and identifying add-ons * Maintain high sales floor and stockroom housekeeping standards * Take responsibility for the task requirements in all areas of the store, including but not limited to, till operations, cash handling including banking, click&collect and stock management processes * Stocking and merchandising shelves, working within brand guidelines particularly within visual merchandising * Ensuring any actions from store communications are completed and teams are briefed on the implementation of any new campaigns/promotions. * Adhere to all health and safety requirements and ensuring consistent H&S checks are being carried out * Be a branch key holder, take accountability for security of the store premises and company
