JMA are hiring – Cover Supervisor

7 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days, actual annual salary £19,520

About the Opportunity

John Madejski Academy wish to recruit a fantastic, enthusiastic Cover Supervisor with a real passion for education to join our dedicated team and contribute to ensuring our school continues to flourish.

They require a resourceful and self-motivated Cover Supervisor to take responsibility for the learning, behaviour and progress of classes in the absence of the class teacher. The candidate should ideally have previous working experience in this field but with a passion and enthusiasm for working with secondary school students. They would like someone with a tolerant and compassionate nature and sense of humour which would be an asset and the ability to work co-operatively within a team setting is also essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with the teaching staff in the school and staff from other schools that make up The White Horse Federation.  John Madejski Academy is passionate and committed to ensuring that our curriculum is engaging and inspiring, with high levels of creativity and innovation in our teaching and learning.
