Assist Whitley children to read …
Do you live in the Whitley and would like to find a rewarding volunteering role where you can make a real difference?
Assisting Berkshire Children to Read (ABC to read) currently have an urgent need for reading mentors to support children regularly in many of our Berkshire primary schools. No experience is required as training will be provided. We just need people who want to help children read well and who have a few hours to spare, ideally, twice a week to support children in a local school on a one-to-one basis.
Or if you are a staff member of a primary school and you have struggling readers then also contact us or take a look at our website www.abctoread.org.uk
