Normal working Hours: 12 hours per week – flexible hours, with some evening work
Salary: £11 per hour

Reporting to: Business Manager
Main Purpose of role:
To oversee administration required for the smooth running of the organisation & provide efficient administrative support to the Whitley Community Development Association
To be hands on and willing to be involved in a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to charity policies
- Support the secretary in admin related to trustee meetings
- Book venues and support events as required
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues with IT / admin tasks whenever necessary
- Manage HR in soft copies and on Peninsula
- Ensure Filing is up to date
- Support Payroll procedures
- Day to day finance tasks including preparing invoices, bills for payment, expense claims etc
- Manage WCDA calendar

Essential
- Knowledge of payroll systems.
